SmartScope Duo from Blackmagic Design is a 3RU rack mount unit with two independent LCD displays. In addition to monitoring picture, the key features include waveform, vectorscope, RGB parade, YUV parade, histogram and audio phase levels. Each monitor is independent so users can display any combination of scope or picture view. The unit is also reversible, which means you can install it upside-down and the picture will flip right-side-up automatically.
